Sarah says, "Each stint with a different employer has challenges, and highlights". Here are a few:

Corporate work

At trade conferences here and abroad, Sarah has mastered many diverse subjects: automotive engineering with 27,000 delegates in Detroit, emergency communication in Denver, and local politics in various UK cities with the Local Government Association . She has made corporate videos for firefighters, podiatrists, auditors, NHS agencies and many more.

BBC

Sarah's 10 years (1991-2001) at BBC Newsroom South East (now BBC London) provided some memorable news stories. These included landing on the warship HMS Illustrious as it sailed up the Thames, trying to find marijuana on sale in Amsterdam, and flying over Docklands with a cameraman suffering from vertigo. There were also local stories that became national controversies: the Millennium Dome, the London Eye, and crime stories that became nationwide police operations.

ITN

Sarah spent 2 years at ITN's Westminster bureau (1994-96), covering politics for Channel 4's political programme "House to House". She also wrote news bulletins for The Big Breakfast, and ITN's Morning News. Then came work at Channel Four News (produced by ITN) as a producer and reporter. And more work at Channel 5 News as a reporter (then also produced by ITN).

REUTERS

Sarah specialised in business news at Reuters Business TV (1995-6), interviewing many financial heavyweights such as Virgin's Richard Branson and Easyjet founder Stelios Haji-Ioannou. It also laid the groundwork for reporting and presenting business news at Sky News and BBC News 24
